David has a strong background and understanding of safety and security. 14 years of experience in law enforcement with the Department of Corrections with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and a breadth of experience with a global footprint in negotiation, risk management and developing unique, safe and secure parameters tailor made for each individual site. He will work tirelessly with his team, to keep your property and assets safe by utilizing the most cutting edge tech and tools to mitigate risk and create a secure and controlled environment. Great father and husband, with a passion for law and order. His passion for people, their safety and wellbeing is of paramount importance. Instilled in him from a young age, his desire to make the world a safer place for his family and those he serves have been the driving force behind joining this field of work. Carl Henry Belizaire
Vice President/Chief Financial Officer
As an Insurance Advisor, Carl specializes in business insurance, commercial & contract surety, risk management, financial analysis, hedge fund analysis, and as well as a full understanding of financial markets and instruments. Throughout his career, he’s cultivated and developed strong relationships with clients and business partners. Utilizing a detailed assessment and focused procedure, he simplifies the evaluation and implementation processes to deliver creative and efficient solutions to help clients minimize the cost of risk. Carl possesses diverse leadership attributes and will leverage his previous experience to grow relationships with clients so they can understand the various business solutions that Iron Gate Defense has to offer. Tiery Belizaire
Vice President/Chief Operations Officer
Tiery is a highly analytical and results-driven Telecommunications Engineer with twenty-five years of experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing complex telecommunications networks. Proven ability to leverage technical expertise and industry best practices to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions. Possessing strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to achieving project goals. He has managed over $500 Million in commercial property renovations and maintenance. He will work with our several field technicians to help boost your antennas for your building for better cell phone services and computers. He is an amazing guitarist who plays in the band, church, and for his mom who loves to dance. He is looking forward to working with you.
Theophilia Tribie
President/Chief Administrative Officer
Theophilia has seventeen years of experience of working in Public Administration. Theophilia holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from William Paterson University. She has worked with the Administration of Children Services in New York under Mayor Bloomberg where she conducted investigations and completed assessments on children and families. She has also collaborated with law enforcement and courtroom officials, and various state and social agencies.
At the Division of Child Protection and Permanency in New Jersey under Governor Chris Christie, she worked extensively with the judicial system and foster care agencies for the reunification of children and their families. At the Department of Human Services with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania under Tom Wolf, Theophilia worked with the public providing necessary resources and assistance in public welfare.
Theophilia brings her wide-ranging clerical and organizational skills to Iron Gate Defense. She is inspired by her husband and their five children. In her free time, she likes to hike, take long walks, and swim with her children.
Rical Belizaire Sr., MSIS
Chairman/CEO
Rical Belizaire is the Chairman and CEO of Iron Gate Defense. He has thirty years of experience in law enforcement, public safety, and security as a Director. He serves as a consultant globally for the Gerson Lehrman Group, the Guide Point Network, and Focal Fact Limited on various projects related to the environment, facilities, and security. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Berkeley and master’s degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from the University of Phoenix. Rical has worked with every law enforcement agency and has partnered with the FBI and Interpol on various projects while receiving thousands of hours of leadership certifications, overseeing all aspects of company operations/investigations. He has trained staff on emergency management, active shooters, and hostage negotiations with a rescue plan. He loves being with his family and friends while enjoying a little Jack Daniels/Cigar.
